Its 2 residential buildings at total of 166 rooms  with 2 swimming pools, kids water park, mini putting golf, bar and restaurant, seminar & banquet function up to 200+ pack offer personalized services for all guest. Hotel Policy

  • Breakfast is served from 7:00-10:0 am 
  • Security deposit of THB 1000 by cash is required upon arrival and the deposit will be returned by cash on departure. In case of lost and damage caused by guest, hotel has a right to reimburse damage and lost at actual cost.
  • Damaged or missing room key cards are subject to a 500 Baht charge.
  • Free baby cot is provided for infant age 0-2 year and it is subject to availability.
  • Complimentary breakfast is provided for children at 0-4 years old whose height less 120 cm and sharing bed with parent. 180 THB breakfast charge per person will be applied.
  • Children age 5-11 year sharing bed with parents, 500 THB fee per person is applied for breakfast and extra amenity which include pillow, blanket, shampoo, soap, towel and water.
  • 800THB fee for extra bed, amenity and breakfast is applied for children 12-18 year sharing room with parent.
  • Children under 18 years old cannot check in without parent unless parent consent document is declared upon check in.
  • Person age over 18+ is considered as adult.
  • ​Maximum number of 2 children age less than 11 years can be accommodate with parent.
  • Pools are open from 7:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. and proper bathing suits is required to using swimming pool
  • Pets are not permitted.

PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY
- If guest cancel less than 3 days prior to the arrival date during 1 May - 31 Oct, 100% cancellation fee shall be granted.
- If guest cancel less than 7 days prior to the arrival date during 1 November - 30 Apr, 100% cancellation fee shall be granted.
- No show, a 100% cancellation fee shall be granted.
- Modification or amend reservation must be informed before cancelation period, and it is subject to availability.


 

儿童入住政策

  •  我们酒店提供 2 岁以下的婴儿床（数量有限，请提前预订）。
  • ​4 岁以下，身高不超过 120 厘米的儿童可与父母同床，免费享用早餐。
  •  4 岁以下，身高超过 120 厘米的儿童可与父母同床，早餐需另付 180 泰铢/人/餐。
  •  5-11 岁儿童与父母同床，需加收 500 泰铢/人/晚（含早餐及枕头、毯子、洗发水、沐浴露、毛巾、饮用水等）。
  • 12 岁以上的第三人需要加床，需加收 800 泰铢/人/晚（含早餐）。
  • 18 岁以下的未成年人必须有监护人陪同。
  • 18 岁以上为成人。
  •  每间客房最多可容纳2位11岁以下儿童与父母同住。
